Solar Power

Solar power is energy harnessed from the sun’s radiation, which can be converted into electricity or heat for various applications. It primarily involves two main technologies: photovoltaic (PV) systems, which convert sunlight directly into electricity using solar cells, and solar thermal systems, which capture sunlight to produce heat, often used for water heating or to generate steam for electricity generation. Solar power is renewable and sustainable, contributing to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and dependence on fossil fuels. It can be utilized on different scales, from small residential rooftop installations to large solar farms that supply energy to the grid.
